For health and safety, STF BOILERS & HRSG undertakes to:
•Ensure and maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment and prevent injuries, illnesses or damage to the
health of employees, suppliers, customers and visitors, through procedures and instructions dedicated;
•Risk Analysis - The constant analysis of the risks to health and safety of workers associated with the working
processes;
•Continuously improve the Health &Safety Management Systems’ performance, not only with respect to the
prevention of injuries and work-related illnesses, but also in terms of more general employees’ wellbeing through a
new health surveillance program that take care workers during their foreign mission;
•KEY ROLE OF THE WORKER - The recognition and responsibility for each worker through active participation,
communicating potential dangers, careless behaviour, accidents, including “near misses”, and the promotion of initiatives for improvement;
•Promote through educational initiatives and information promoting the virtuous behaviour with the goal of
spreading and consolidate a culture of health and safety at work;
•Promote among contractors and suppliers with constant attention to the health and safety principles, ensuring the
adoption of a conduct which is in line with the principles of the company policy.
The company promotes, shares and consolidates a culture of health and safety throughout its organisation through training to increase everyone’s awareness of risks and encourage responsible conduct.
MORAL RESPONSABILITY
Protect the health and safety does not mean only fulfillment of legal obligations, but represents a moral responsibility to those who work with us and for us. The awareness and the adoption of responsible behaviour on the part of all the collaborators are an absolute priority and strategic requirement.
